Job Description
- Continuously develop, manage and innovate our Customer Portal software to bring the customer processes, daily operations, and strategic planning to a new level by reducing costs, improving efficiency and applying new technologies that provide accurate data and transparent insights.
- Support the gathering and description of business process requirements in user story format
- Develop and implement new features and continuously optimize the existing solution in Hybris, and ensure connectivity between SAP ECC and Hybris.
- Ensure that the Customer Portal processes and solutions are sustainable and sufficiently documented.
- Support our Customer Portal users in their day-to-day activities.
- Apply agile project managements methods.
