Job Description

* Identify, coordinate, and direct other technical teams needed to deliver the required solution.

* Define innovation opportunities.

* Lead technical architecture team by managing capacity, allocating resources, and providing technology thought leadership, guidance, and reviews.

* Ensure that the technical architecture team follows the technical process and quality standards.

* Work laterally and vertically with the management, team, and client. We anticipate that you:

* Have hands-on expertise and rich knowledge of the Blockchain.

* Optimize ‘change management’ for our clients in the core domain areas.

* Are a critical thinker with problem-solving abilities.

* Have a proven history of successful deliveries.
