Job Responsibilities:
- To look after Entire HR / IR function.
- He will be responsible for handling the following Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment to Relieving
- Performance Management
- Training and Development
- Employee Engagement
- Compensation Benefits
- Statutory Compliance
- Plant IR / Union Matters / Grievances / Legal Matter / Plant Administration
- Responsible for EHS / Employee Safety
- Dealing with all Government and Local agencies
Required Candidate profile
- Preferably Science Graduate or Chemical Engineer, with two years full time MBA in HR
- Experience around 15 years in handling Plant HR including IR and Union Matters.
- At least 5 Years of Experience in Chemical Industry, handling multiple units.
- You should be good in coordination with all the departments within the organization at Plant level and corporate.
- You should be good in dealing with all government agencies and local agencies.
- You should be Employee friendly to maintain smooth plant operations.
