Job Description

  • Responsible for the Inward & Outward material.
  • Responsible to maintain various materials minimum stock as per requirement.
  • Responsible to maintain FIFO of the all material.
  • Responsible for the Civil works in the premises.
  • Facing the monthly stock audits & ISO audits.
  • Responsible to maintain petty cash and its accountability.
  • Admin works like gardening, arranging ambulance & medication in emergency.
  • Responsible to dispose the scrap, effluents & hazardous waste to authorized third parties.
  • Implementation of QMS & EMS requirements in the dept.
  • Accountable for 5S in the department.
  • Develops, trains and motivates team members to achieve desired safety& department targets.

Manages costs and budgets and provides corrective actions plans to improve budgetary control
