Supplier Quality role – Electronics & Electrical commodity

Roles and responsibilities knowledge area:

Having sound knowledge of part like PEPS Module, BCM, ECU, TPMS, sensors, Electronic modules, Head Units , Navigation, Telematics & other electronics controlling modules parts used in cars industry.
Having hands on experience of IMMO tools, DTC analysis and troubleshooting of various software and communication related tools.
Know how in Control system calibration tool experience (Etas INCA, Vector CANoe)
Have strong knowledge of vehicle system Integration and Functional related issues
Have Experience in vehicle performance, high voltage safety, thermal, quality & reliability issues
Having experience in handling warranty issues and field issues of electrical and electronics parts
Record and maintain issues list and monitor for corrective action implementation and effectiveness report out
Being part of CFT Engineering change implementation and feedback assessment.
In conjunction with the Supplier Quality Assurance function, reduce the effect of non-conforming supplier materials on the production area quality
Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise others of any impact
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the Quality strategy.

· Communicate with personnel at all levels, internally and externally to the Company, in relation to Quality matters
