Job Description
- Responsible for the Inward & Outward material.
- Responsible to maintain various materials minimum stock as per requirement.
- Responsible to maintain FIFO of the all material.
- Responsible for the Civil works in the premises.
- Facing the monthly stock audits & ISO audits.
- Responsible to maintain petty cash and its accountability.
- Admin works like gardening, arranging ambulance & medication in emergency.
- Responsible to dispose the scrap, effluents & hazardous waste to authorized third parties.
- Implementation of QMS & EMS requirements in the dept.
- Accountable for 5S in the department.
- Develops, trains and motivates team members to achieve desired safety& department targets.
Manages costs and budgets and provides corrective actions plans to improve budgetary control
