Job Description
1) Execution of Business plan for the channel.
2) Tie-up with all the major E-commerce players currently operating in the space to list, display and sell company product.
3) Do Volume and Deal Tie-ups and negotiate pricing with the E-commerce players to drive the top-line & bottom-line growth.
4) Ensure availability of stock across the warehouses of E-commerce partners in co-ordination with the Product Supply team and the respective Branch Commercial Teams.
5) Track ‘Fill -Rate’ of orders and maintain a healthy Fill-Rate.
6) Drive Brand Visibility across the major E-Commerce platforms through Brand Stores (exclusive web-page on e-commerce site), display banners etc.
7) Ensure timely payment collections from trade partners, linking and reconciliation.
8)Â Ensure timely product delivery to end consumer (wherever applicable) and resolve any issues which may arise due to ‘No Stock’ or other delivery issues like ‘Product Damages’ etc.
Requisite QualificationEssentialGraduation / Graduation + MBA
–Requisite ExperienceEssential3 Yrs(MBA) / 5 Yrs(Graduation)
