To be responsible for generating business in Human Resource.
To be responsible for creating new accounts & generate business from old, dead & new accounts.
Should be able to do strong follow up with the client.
Candidates from consultancy background will be preferred.
Managing and developing the account by providing the highest possible levels of customer experience.
Identifying business development opportunities to extend existing or create new revenue streams.
Candidate experience
Demonstrable track record of recruitment account management preferably within an Recruitment services organisation .
A track record of achieving KPI, revenue and margin targets.
