  • Campus Connect: Coordinate with various colleges and institutes for campus placements and conduct campus placements within and outside of Pune and ensure smooth onboarding of all the fresher candidates.
  • Recruitment compliance and governance: Ensure 100% Adherence to recruitment process and conduct regular audits to ensure 100% data accuracy for future reference.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of 4 manager and mentor them to meet performance Metrix. Conduct regular connect through one on one and share feedback with TAG leads.
