2. Hands on with E-commerce regulations, analysing new business models, provide legal advice, legal metrology regulations, label claims.

4. Well versed with Intellectual Property laws – especially trademark and patents applications, opposition, prosecutions.

5. Handling customer disputes, claims, formulating replies to legal notices, coordinate with external lawyers, briefing of advocates and counsels.

6. Support public affairs through drafting communications to Government Departments, Ministries and other authorities, drafting/ reviewing media releases, press releases, response to media queries.
