To be responsible for generating business in Human Resource.<br />
To be responsible for creating new accounts &amp; generate business from old, dead &amp; new accounts.<br />
Should be able to do strong follow up with the client.<br />
Candidates from consultancy background will be preferred.<br />
Managing and developing the account by providing the highest possible levels of customer experience.<br />
Identifying business development opportunities to extend existing or create new revenue streams.</p>
<p><strong>Candidate experience</strong><br />
Demonstrable track record of recruitment account management preferably within an Recruitment services organisation .<br />
A track record of achieving KPI, revenue and margin targets.</p>

<li>Understand on-line and off-line players. Ensure company selection stays well ahead of competition.</li>
<li>Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional leadership and drive the changes required.</li>
<li>Develop deep and long standing relationship with the vendors &#8211; to drive relationships from the strategic to the tactical.</li>
<li>Own the terms of business with the vendor &#8211; products, returns, ordering, etc. Ensure high-share of mind from the vendor.</li>
<li>Make vendors partners in driving disruptive changes for the category.</li>
<li>Develop a thorough knowledge of the market &#8211; short term and long term trends.</li>
<li>Have an in depth knowledge of competition and vendor and ability to influence the market.</li>
<li>Develop and implement industry best practices.</li>
<li>Manage in store promotions along with brands &#8211; make brands partners in customer communication.</li>
<li>Make company the &#8220;destination of choice&#8221; for the customers through the largest and the greatest assortment of products on offer.</li>
