<p><b>Description :</b></p>
<ol>
<li style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Build and manage relationships with the customer through regular visits, Communications and Presentations. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Implement and fine tune individual A/C strategies.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Assist the Sales Manager in identifying and canvassing opportunities for local sales/direct imports.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Support in implementing Pricing strategies and managing the credit policy for the accounts responsible  </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Assist the Sales Manager in managing local and global tender business and coordinate with Regional Account Manager.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Ensure that all committed customer requirements are fully met and technical support is provided.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Provide Account-wise inputs and assist in Business Planning and sales forecasting.  </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Maintain and update Customer data bases, obtain Market Intelligence.</span></li>
</ol>
<p><b>Qualification : </b><b> </b><span style="font-weight: 400">B.E/B.TECH ( Automobile/Mechanical/Chemical)</span></p>
<p><b>Experience:</b><span style="font-weight: 400"> </span>About 6 -8 years of actual hands-on account handling experience working in Sales/Customer Service functions, out of which at least 5 years is related to lubes/additives.</p>

<li>Tie-up with all the major E-commerce players currently operating in the space to list, display and sell company product.  Do Volume and Deal Tie-ups and negotiate pricing with the E-commerce players to drive the top-line &amp; bottom-line growth.</li>
<li>Ensure availability of stock across the warehouses of E-commerce partners in co-ordination with the Product Supply team and the respective Branch Commercial Teams. Track &#8216;Fill -Rate&#8217; of orders and maintain a healthy Fill-Rate.  Drive Brand Visibility across the major E-Commerce platforms through Brand Stores (exclusive web-page on e-commerce site), display banners etc.</li>

                    <description><![CDATA[<p>1) Execution of Business plan for the channel.</p>
<p>2) Tie-up with all the major E-commerce players currently operating in the space to list, display and sell company product.</p>
<p>3) Do Volume and Deal Tie-ups and negotiate pricing with the E-commerce players to drive the top-line &amp; bottom-line growth.</p>
<p>4) Ensure availability of stock across the warehouses of E-commerce partners in co-ordination with the Product Supply team and the respective Branch Commercial Teams.</p>
<p>5) Track &#8216;Fill -Rate&#8217; of orders and maintain a healthy Fill-Rate.</p>
<p>6) Drive Brand Visibility across the major E-Commerce platforms through Brand Stores (exclusive web-page on e-commerce site), display banners etc.</p>
<p>7) Ensure timely payment collections from trade partners, linking and reconciliation.</p>
<p><b>8) </b>Ensure timely product delivery to end consumer (wherever applicable) and resolve any issues which may arise due to &#8216;No Stock&#8217; or other delivery issues like &#8216;Product Damages&#8217; etc.</p>
<p><b>Requisite Qualification</b><b>Essential</b>Graduation / Graduation + MBA<br />
&#8211;<b>Requisite Experience</b><b>Essential</b>3 Yrs(MBA) / 5 Yrs(Graduation)<br />
