Job Description:
To be responsible for generating business in Human Resource.
To be responsible for creating new accounts & generate business from old, dead & new accounts.
Should be able to do strong follow up with the client.
Candidates from consultancy background will be preferred.
Managing and developing the account by providing the highest possible levels of customer experience.
Identifying business development opportunities to extend existing or create new revenue streams.

Looking Sr. Manager Operations for BFSI Domain – Boyen Haddin

Responsible for managing end to end hiring across Retail Banking & AMC Division.
Stakeholder management: Manage regular connect with all the business stakeholders and partner with them to ensure all the hiring demands are met as per defined SLAs.
Campus Connect: Coordinate with various colleges and institutes for campus placements and conduct campus placements within and outside of Pune and ensure smooth onboarding of all the fresher candidates.
Recruitment compliance and governance: Ensure 100% Adherence to recruitment process and conduct regular audits to ensure 100% data accuracy for future reference.
Team Management: Manage a team of 4 manager and mentor them to meet performance Metrix. Conduct regular connect through one on one and share feedback with TAG leads.
